Frequently asked questions

What do I actually need to provide?
Five things: your topic, target audience, any existing source material (optional), your language requirements, and 30 minutes for a brief call. That's all. We handle everything from that point.
What if I have no existing content to give you?
That's fine. Most clients provide a policy document or rough notes, but it's not required. We've built complete modules from a two-paragraph email. If there's genuinely nothing to start from, we'll use the brief call to extract what we need.
How long does the 30-minute brief call take to arrange?
Same day in most cases. Submit the brief form and we'll send a calendar link within a few hours. If you'd prefer to skip the call entirely, the written brief form is comprehensive enough on its own.
What's included in the 10-day delivery?
One complete module up to 30 minutes — structured lessons, AI narration, designed slides, scenario-based assessment, task checklist, SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package (your choice), and a hosted learner link. Video-only delivery is also available if no assessment is needed. You own all source files.
Do you offer SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004?
Both — your choice. SCORM 1.2 is the universal default and works on every platform. SCORM 2004 is available if your platform requires richer tracking. Tell us when you submit your brief. LTI 1.3 and xAPI (Tin Can) are available on Growth tier and above.
What happens after the pilot — do I have to continue?
No. The pilot is a one-time, fixed-price engagement. There's no subscription, no retainer, and no obligation to continue. If you want to produce more courses, you can move to a monthly plan or order additional pilots one at a time.
