Common questions

FAQ

What if I don't have source material?

No problem. You tell us the topic and audience — we research, write, and structure the course from scratch. Source material (a policy document, rough notes, a recorded meeting, or a URL) speeds things up but is never required.

Which SCORM version do you deliver — 1.2 or 2004?

Your choice. We deliver SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 — whichever your delivery platform requires. Just tell us when you submit the brief. If you're unsure, SCORM 1.2 is compatible with virtually every platform and is the safe default.

Can I get the course as a video file instead of SCORM?

Yes. We can deliver the entire learning as a standalone video — narrated, designed, and production-ready. The trade-off is that assessment does not work in video format: there are no quizzes, no completion tracking, and no SCORM reporting. Video-only is best for awareness content, induction overviews, or situations where the learner has no access to a delivery platform.

How long is a 30-minute module?

A 30-minute module typically covers one topic with 3–4 lessons, a scenario-based quiz, and a practical checklist. It's the right length for a focused compliance or safety topic — long enough to be substantive, short enough that learners complete it in one sitting. If your topic needs more time, we scope a multi-module programme.

What platforms does SCORM work with?

SCORM 1.2 works with every major delivery platform — Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Absorb, Litmos, iSpring, and many others. SCORM 2004 is supported by most modern platforms but check with your platform vendor if you're unsure. We also support LTI and xAPI on Growth tier and above.

What happens after I request a pilot?

We confirm your brief via email within one business day and send you a one-page production brief to review and approve. Once approved, we send the invoice. Production begins immediately on receipt.

Can I request changes after I receive the module?

Yes — one full round of revisions is included. You review the module as a learner, mark what needs changing, and we deliver the updated version within 3 business days.

Do I need to stay on a monthly plan after the pilot?

No. The pilot is a one-time engagement with no obligation to continue. If the pilot delivers value, we'll discuss a monthly production plan — but only when it makes sense for your team.

How is the Growth plan different from Starter?

Growth includes AI video production, up to 8 languages (vs 4 on Starter), Bloom's L3 assessment, SCORM 1.2 and 2004 plus LTI and xAPI, and a reviewer portal with limited editing seats so your team can approve content before publication.
