Summary: Five ways to engage MeVn.ai: a one-time $5,000 Course Pilot, or recurring plans starting at $3,500/month for production, $7,500/month for managed learning, $12,500/month for a full outsourced training function, and custom Enterprise pricing.
One-time and recurring options

Start with one course. Add a managed training operation when you need it.

Choose a fixed-price pilot, reserve monthly production capacity or ask MeVn.ai to manage planning, LMS operations, learner administration, reporting and maintenance.

Five ways to engage.

Recurring pricing remains subject to an internal delivery-cost and margin review before publication. “From” pricing reflects differences in complexity, languages, learner volume, LMS model, reporting and integrations.

Clear unit of production

A Standard Module Credit reflects a complete learning outcome—not a vague “course hour.”

One Standard Module Credit

One digital learning module of up to 20 learner minutes in one primary language, including instructional structure, script development, professional narration, designed visual content, at least one meaningful interaction, an assessment, SCORM packaging, hosted review, editable source files and one consolidated revision.

Scoped separately

Additional languages, extensive original research, complex technical animation, software simulations, branching scenarios, 3D content, custom video production and major course restructuring may use additional credits or separate pricing.

Use your existing LMS or deliver through a MeVn.ai-hosted environment. Hosting is not unrestricted: learner, assignment, storage, integration, reporting and retention requirements are agreed within the selected plan.

Definitions that keep the service predictable.

Credit rollover

Unused production credits may roll over for 60 days while the subscription remains active. Maintenance hours and learner or assignment allowances do not roll over.

Course maintenance

Maintenance covers updates to approved wording, links, branding, selected visuals, assessment items and language files within the monthly allowance. New lessons, major restructuring and simulations use production credits.

Training records

Course versions, assigned learners, enrolment dates, completion status, assessment results and available acknowledgements are retained and reported according to the agreed platform, retention period and service scope.

Pricing questions

What is one Standard Module Credit?+
One credit covers one module of up to 20 learner minutes in one primary language, including instructional structure, script development, professional narration, designed visual content, at least one meaningful interaction, an assessment, SCORM packaging, hosted review, editable source files and one consolidated revision.
What requires additional credits or separate pricing?+
Additional languages, extensive original research, complex technical animation, software simulations, branching scenarios, 3D content, custom video production and major course restructuring are scoped separately.
Can unused credits roll over?+
Unused production credits may roll over for 60 days while the subscription remains active. Maintenance hours, learner allowances and assignment allowances do not roll over.
Can you operate our existing LMS?+
Yes. Client LMS administration is the default for organisations that already have an LMS and provide the necessary access. Higher plans can also use a MeVn.ai-hosted delivery environment within defined allowances.
Do training records prove regulatory compliance?+
No. We maintain agreed course, assignment, completion and assessment evidence for reporting and audit support. Your organisation retains responsibility for regulatory interpretation, practical evaluation and formal sign-off.

Choose the smallest engagement that proves the operating model.

Start with one course when the requirement is immediate, or review the next 12 months of training when the need is recurring.
